Who writes Captioned
I am Nora Whitlock, the caption editor, and I write each page on this site. Captioned follows Candy AI Shorts, the vertical series on candy.ai, and a review starts with me watching the series on my own account. I go through the free episodes in order and note where the paywall begins.
Spicy series are locked from the first episode. For those, I subscribe to Premium and watch episodes 1 and 2 before I write a word.

How facts get dated
Episode counts, free episodes, token costs and plan prices come from candy.ai. Each figure carries its check date, and the latest full check of the catalog and plans was October 29, 2026. Candy.ai changes its lineup, so an older date warns you that a number may have moved. Current costs sit in the pricing guide.
What a review gives you
A review tells you who the characters are, what they want and where episodes 1 and 2 leave the story. Episodes I have not watched get no plot summary. Explicit scenes are named by type and by episode number, without detail. Characters in reviewed series are adults, and series with doubtful ages are left out. Browse them in the series section.
Stop point and the Bracket Scale
A review ends with a Stop point, which takes one of three labels: [Stop at episode 2], [Finish the run] or [Premium first]. It answers a simple question: how far is this series worth your time and money?
Explicitness has its own measure, the Bracket Scale from 1 to 5: Murmur, Sigh, Gasp, Moan and Full volume. It describes how graphic a series gets and does not score quality. A series can sit at 5 and be well made, or sit at 1 and be forgettable.
How the site pays for itself
Links to Candy.ai are affiliate links and carry a sponsored mark. When you subscribe after clicking one, Captioned can earn a commission, and your price stays identical. The labels and the scale reflect my judgment, and no one pays for a better one.
Rules and contact
