Episode 1: The shower is running
His girlfriend is in the shower, and her stepsister is in the room with him. He can join the girlfriend or stay put. He stays.
The stepsister uses the opening at once. She climbs onto the bed and goes after him while his girlfriend calls out from the bathroom, growing suspicious of the silence. The episode runs on that tension.
The official line sums up the outcome in one sentence: he picks wrong.
Where the run goes: a wrong choice with consequences
The remaining episodes treat that first mistake as a debt. The series promises that one bad decision does not stay a single moment, and the stepsister has no plan to let it end there.
From episode 3 on, the series follows the consequences of that choice through the rest of the run.

Two nearby titles are easy to confuse with this one. I Drove My Girlfriend's Stepsister To College has a boyfriend chauffeuring Hanna's stepsister Kenzie to campus. In My Wife's Stepsister Caught Me Staring, a man's wife has a stepsister who moves in.
Both of those open with free episodes and show no nudity in the first two. This series asks for Premium before the first minute.
