What Captioned stores
Captioned is a review site and holds no episodes, no full-length video and no downloads of any series. Its pages contain text by Nora Whitlock, series posters and creator portraits placed beside links to the official source on candy.ai, and brief muted loops on some creator pages.
Who may file
Copyright owners, and people authorized to act for them, may file a notice when material on Captioned infringes a copyright. Posters, images, loops and written passages can all qualify.
Contents of a complete notice
Email the notice to contact@aibestshortsguide.com and put "DMCA notice" in the subject line. Include these six items:
- The signature of the owner or authorized agent, on paper or electronic.
- The work you say was infringed, described clearly, with a link to the original where one exists.
- The web address of each Captioned page that shows the material, so it can be located.
- Your name and contact details, such as a mailing address, phone number or email.
- A good-faith statement that the owner, its agent and the law did not permit the use.
- A sworn statement, made under penalty of perjury, that your information is correct and that you either hold the right or represent its holder.
After you send it
A person reads each notice. If the notice is complete and the claim stands, the named page, image or loop is edited or taken down. A notice with gaps may come back with a request for the missing items. Anyone who knowingly files a false notice risks legal liability, including damages.
If a takedown was a mistake, reply with the page address, your reasons and contact details.
Material on other services
Episodes and video files belong to Candy.ai's servers, so Captioned cannot remove what it does not store. Copies on other websites are for those websites to handle, and the guide to leaked episodes and fakes describes what circulates online. This process was last reviewed on October 29, 2026.
