Is Candy AI Safe? A Legit Check on Billing and Canceling

Is Candy AI safe? On the business side, yes. EverAI Limited, a Maltese company, runs Candy.ai, and the plans page named EverAI as the statement charge when I checked on October 29, 2026. Plans renew at the same price, you cancel in settings, and the Terms revised September 22, 2026 spell out refunds. The risks sit outside the company: look-alike domains, pirated copies and the personal details you type into a chat.

Is Candy AI safe to use?

Candy AI is safe to use as a customer of a named company, and the Candy Shorts section adds few extra risks on top. Shorts play as short videos in a player, with no chat box, and they leave your chat history alone, per the help center (August 25, 2026). You sign in with an email, and any payment is a plan or a token spend you can see before you press play.

The paperwork is public. The legal page holds the Terms of Service, the Privacy Notice and the Cookies Notice, plus separate policies on underage users, blocked content, content removal, DMCA claims and complaints (read September 24, 2026). A complaint gets a written acknowledgment inside 24 hours and a resolution inside seven calendar days.

The platform describes its content as AI-generated, with no real person taking part in making it. Creator series are the one place a real name appears, and each digital twin is made with that creator's consent. The creators page shows who has a licensed twin.

Safe also means adults only. At the door sits an age gate: you state that you are of adult age, and the Underage Policy bars content that resembles minors.

Is Candy AI legit?

Candy AI is legit in the plain sense: a named company sells a service, posts a price and charges what the page says. EverAI Limited operates Candy.ai under Terms revised September 22, 2026. On October 29, 2026, I opened the Candy Shorts library without logging in, from a US connection, and it listed 190 series.

Legit does not mean that each site using the name is the real one. Look-alike domains, Telegram invites and files that promise unlocked episodes have no tie to the company. The leaked page explains what those offers hold and where the free episodes already sit.

This site is an independent guide. It does not act for EverAI, and the buttons here link to Candy.ai through an affiliate link that can earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

Who owns Candy AI?

EverAI Limited, a company registered in Malta, owns and operates Candy.ai according to its Terms of Service, revised September 22, 2026. That is the name on the legal documents and the name on your card statement. The legal pages publish no founder profile, so this page names no person.

How does Candy AI bill you?

Candy AI bills through three Premium plans, listed on the subscriptions page and checked October 29, 2026. Each plan comes with 100 tokens a month, and the charge shows as EverAI on your statement, per the plans page of October 29, 2026.

PlanMonthly priceCharged up front
12 months$3.99$47.88
3 months$8.99$26.97
1 month$9.99 first month, then $13.99$9.99

Plans renew automatically at the same price and term. A free trial does not exist, so the first charge lands the day you subscribe. Local taxes can apply on top.

Candy Shorts itself costs 0 to start. In all 173 open series, no account is needed for episode 1, and episode 2 needs only a free login. Later episodes cost 12 tokens in 158 of those series and 30 in 15 (October 29, 2026). The pricing page breaks down what 100 tokens buy.

How do you cancel Candy AI, and can you get a refund?

You cancel from your account settings, and the plans page says cancellation is open at any time (October 29, 2026). Cancel before the renewal date to skip the next charge, because the plan renews on its own at the price and term you picked.

Refunds are set by clause 10.4 of the Terms as revised on September 22, 2026. They cover card purchases only. Outside the EU and UK, you have 24 hours from payment, and a refund is refused once you have spent more than 20 tokens. EU and UK buyers get 14 days to withdraw from a first purchase, less the share already used, and renewals fall outside that window.

In practice, spend tokens after you have watched the two free episodes. A plan bought and left untouched is the case the 24-hour window covers.

Is Candy AI a scam?

Candy AI is not a scam in the billing sense: the price is shown, the company is named and the cancel route sits in settings. The scams live around it, in copies. A page that sells an unlocked bundle, a login checker or a downloadable file is selling something Candy.ai does not offer.

Three habits keep you clear. Pay only on candy.ai. Check that the charge reads EverAI. Close any tab that asks for your card in exchange for a leak or a cracked version. If a charge looks off, file it under the Complaint Policy and expect a written answer.

The Community Guidelines (March 6, 2026) add one more warning. They bar getting around moderation and mirroring site content without permission, and the company can shut down the account of a user who does. A jailbreak or a mod puts your login at risk before it gives you a single extra scene.

Has Candy AI been banned?

Candy.ai loaded for me from a US connection on October 29, 2026, so it was online there that day. Access depends on where you live. The Terms ask users to follow the laws of their own country, and an age gate stands at the entrance. Outside the United States, check your local rules on adult content before you subscribe.

Is Candy Shorts worth it?

Candy Shorts is worth a try because the first two episodes of each open series cost 0 tokens, so you test the format before any payment. Most open series run five episodes: 161 of the 173 on October 29, 2026. A 12-token series costs 36 tokens to finish, and a 30-token series costs 90.

On the 12-month plan, you pay $3.99 a month and get 100 tokens each month. That pays for 8 paid episodes when each costs 12 tokens, or 3 when each costs 30. Premium also opens the 17 Spicy series, which stay locked for visitors without it.

If you only want to see how a series opens, you do not need a plan. The free episodes guide maps the free openers, and the Candy AI review covers the product beyond Shorts.

Before you decide, put a number on your own use. Two series a month at 12 tokens per paid episode cost 72 tokens, which fits inside the 100 tokens a plan includes. One 30-token series costs 90 and fits too. Reading the cost to finish on each series page first keeps you from paying for episodes you will not watch.
