The episode follows the arrangement into his house. During it, her stepson calls her on video, and she takes the call. The episode stops there, with the secret still intact.
Where the run goes: a secret that spirals
The series promises a deal that outgrows its first purpose. A single reckless agreement keeps pulling Lexi back to the same house, and the bullying becomes the cover story for a standing arrangement.
Each new episode raises the cost of getting caught. Her stepson sits at the other end of the video calls, and the jock holds the leverage. The last three episodes carry that tension to its end.
