A groom walks into a trainer's studio five days before his wedding. The trainer has five days to make him cheat, and his fiancée waits just outside the door. On October 29, 2026, I watched episode 1 and then episode 2.
Episode 1: The warm-up
The trainer welcomes him with "Welcome to my studio, honey." The groom catches himself noticing her, and he admits to himself that he should not, five days out from the ceremony. She remarks that his fiancée is a fortunate woman.
Wedding logistics cut into the session. Someone needs him to handle the venue chaos and a dispute between his mother and the caterer. He agrees to phone the caterer, and the trainer asks if it has been a rough week. A wedding is supposed to be stressful, he says, and she answers that it does not have to be stressful in here.
Then she asks for his shirt off and says his form must be exact. She asks whether he wants to look good in the wedding photos. She questions whether he is ready for marriage. The episode ends on an invitation: come back tomorrow, alone, without the fiancée, for a program "and more."
Episode 2: Round two
He returns, and the trainer greets him with "You came for round two?" He tells himself he should not do this, and he tells her his fiancée thinks he is somewhere else. The trainer asks whether he is done lying to his body, tells him what to do next, and he goes along.
Partway through, he asks himself what he is doing four days before his wedding. His fiancée arrives and calls for him from outside. The trainer tells him not to worry, since the door is locked. Her final invitation is to carry on while the fiancée waits just outside.
What the studio scenes show
